“The mind and soul may be brilliant,
yet need a healthy body to manifest their ideas.”
Many of use take our body for granted. At least I did.
The first time I was warned being wrong was in 2013. I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. It took me a while to see my body was trying to show that my outer conflicts were a reflection of my inner conflicts. I did everything I could to face it. Thereafter, I was the first patient in the Netherlands who was officially declared cured from this disease.
The second time there appeared to be room for further improvement was when I was admitted in hospital with heart failure. I had a near-death experience, which was astonishing. It gave me ultimate respect for my miraculous body and I am utterly grateful for all beings, who helped me to get back to the rest of my life with a clear mission.
I intend to take ultimate care ever since. The methods offered below are my daily guides to complete my mission.

(Un)moved by the seasons
Four times a year (about 6 weeks before a new season starts) you can join Jeroen van Deutekom and me for a wonderful weekend retreat at Terwschelling (NL), filled with Chi kung, Zen-meditation and two workshops about living and working in harmony with the seasons.
It’s perfectly OK to show up for one weekend only, but a treat when you join all four weekends.
Note: this weekends are the perfect follow up for the seasonal retreat Beyond Business as Usual!

Body Organ Rejuvenation
Sometimes we encounter physical issues that can be hardly explained, but are utterly nagging.
In that case, this method may apply. It searches for and heals the root case in another time and space,
